The main use of this extract is likely to be beer making. In addition, the extract can be used in winemaking as a flavoring agent and natural wine clarifier. In Poland, hop oil is used to make kvass. The extract can be used in confectionery and bakery production. CO2 extract from hop cones can be used as a spicy flavor additive in vegetable salads.
