Last week the head of the Istra Chamber of Commerce and Industry O. Popova visited the Biozevtika plant. The production of the extracts is high-tech and what wonderful aromas are in the air. Of course, we will be happy to welcome Biozevtika as a member of the Istra Chamber of Commerce and Industry and work together to increase brand awareness and its development in the region and in the country. In addition to getting to know the company and the workforce in general, the visit by the head of the Istra Chamber of Commerce and Industry had another, more objective reason. Currently, our company, together with a number of other participants, is conducting a preliminary study of a new project under the general name “Regional Brands”, the essence of which is to simplify and facilitate as much as possible the development and production of products under regional brands.
For this reason, our developments in the field of creating regional brands have interested the Istria County administration – in particular, we are talking about the possible creation of a line of lemonades based on emulsions of CO2 extracts, ice cream based on CO2 extracts, and possibly a line of other original products, the release of which is made in the enterprises of the district. The sale occurs both within the tourist complex of New Jerusalem and as part of a broader commercial network. After a preliminary agreement with the President of the Istra Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we have started a more detailed study of all aspects of the future project, which will soon be submitted to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the District Administration for consideration. We hope that this precedent of creating a regional brand from scratch based on high-tech natural ingredients (CO2 extracts and some others) will, if successful, serve as a good example that can then be extended to other regions.
