New developments: Mixtures of CO2 extract microemulsions for dairy products

A novelty has appeared in the assortment of the company Biozevtika – ready-made mixtures of microemulsions of CO2 extracts for milk and fermented milk products. These mixtures are well balanced both in taste and in the range of functional effects of the extracts included in their composition, which makes it possible to position products based on the presented mixtures not only as tasty, but also as healthy.

The composition of the extracts for creating compositions was initially selected on the basis of the study and generalization of historical recipes for sour-milk products from three countries – Bulgaria, Italy, France – in which local versions of kefir and yogurt traditionally included infusions and decoctions of fragrant herbs. Secondly, the experience of Russian scientific developments of sour-milk products based on extracts and decoctions/syrups of medicinal plants was studied and generalized – there were quite a lot of such developments, albeit rather scattered and multifaceted. Still, some useful information was found and applied in recipes.

The range of mixtures offered consists of seven items, see below for more information. The main scope of these mixtures are the following groups of fermented milk products: kefir, ayrans, tans, cottage cheese, unsweetened yogurt and soft cheeses. On their basis, you can also make milk and sour-milk phyto-cocktails.

The application rates of mixtures in the finished product are on average 2.5-4.0 ml/l (kg), depending on the properties of the carrier product. At such levels of use, the end product cannot be described as functional, i.e. one that produces a specific result immediately or in a very short time. However, with regular use of products containing the presented mixtures of extracts, they have a mild beneficial effect and bring a wide range of benefits to the body.

The common denominator of all dairy products containing our new blends will be that they promote fat burning and weight loss. Therefore, they can be safely positioned as products for a healthy lifestyle, which, with regular use, firstly, contribute to body shaping; and secondly, to have a general beneficial effect and improve the functioning of various internal organs (mainly the digestive, respiratory and nervous systems).

Below is a complete list, composition and a brief description of each of the presented mixtures of microemulsions of CO2 extracts for dairy and fermented milk products. Also available are more complete descriptions of the functional properties of each of the extracts contained in these compositions, which upon request can be provided to the customer’s marketing department in order to carry out a more comprehensive and prolonged advertising campaign.
